Two teens, ages 13 and 15 are facing felony murder charges after they were filmed in an alleged carjacking gone wrong. 

Mohammad Anwar, a 66-year-old Pakistani-American immigrant was killed when he tried to stop the attempted carjacking of his car which he used to deliver food for Uber Eats. 

Anwar was dragged down the street until his car crashed a block away.The two suspects were quickly apprehended by nearby U.S. National Guard troops as they climbed out from the overturned vehicle, and were arrested shortly after by police at the scene. 

Loved ones say Anwar moved to the U.S. to make a better life for his family. Carjackings in D.C. have jumped 350% this year over the same time last year.
