U.S. President Joe Biden predicts that in about three weeks 90 percent of eligible Americans will have had their first COVID-19 vaccination. As more Americans are being vaccinated, more businesses are requiring proof of vaccination.

Now a Rutgers University in New Jersey is also requiring vaccination proof – making it the first in the nation to do so.
