Venezuela is struggling to acquire COVID-19 vaccines, as the number of cases in that country is hitting record levels. So far, Venezuela has acquired enough vaccines for just one-point-three percent of the population.
The Venezuelan government and the private sector are both working to finance the purchase of vaccines from international markets.
