U.S. President Biden: Deaths of 1.5M were genocide

The U.S. has formally recognized the early 20th century deaths of Armenians as genocide.
It's something that has long been sought by Armenia - and resisted by Turkey, a key U.S. ally.
The U.S. move is expected to put additional strain on the frayed relationship between the two NATO countries.
