Four officers in Colorado are on leave after violently arresting Karen Garner, a 73-year-old woman with dementia, for allegedly stealing $13.88 worth of merchandise from a Wal Mart.
Video shows the officers mocking Garner and laughing as they watch footage of the arrest.
