India has been reporting about 200,000 COVID-19 cases daily since April 2021, well beyond its peak last year. 

As Indians scramble to arrange hospital beds, oxygen cylinders or cremation ground for their loved ones, one volunteer is using social media and her own personal phone number as helpline to help them. 

CGTN spoke with one such volunteer, Vibha Pandey, whose efforts are helping meet the need of the hour.
