Brazil is struggling to get COVID-19 vaccine doses to speed up its immunization program.

On Tuesday a new batch of the Chinese CoronaVac arrived in the country with plans to begin distribution in the next couple of weeks. 

Brazil has an extensive, universal public health care system and a long and impressive track record with immunizations. But difficulties getting the necessary doses have been slowing the pace of vaccinations here.
