Researchers study pandemic’s lockdown impact on air pollution

The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on society continue to be studied.

Researchers in the U.S. have found that global lockdowns put in place early last year resulted in drastic cuts in emissions but that certain forms of air pollution got worse in certain areas.
