There are growing calls to overhaul the U.S. tax system, after a report revealed how little federal income tax is paid by some billionaires.

President Joe Biden has promised to increase levies on the wealthy to improve equality and raise money for infrastructure projects. 

But analysts warn his plans would have little impact on the country's 25 richest people.
