On Monday, tropical storm Elsa swept across western Cuba near Havana with 65-kilometer-per hour winds and heavy rains, and is now unleashing on Florida.
The approach of the storm deepened concerns in Cuba as its residents are fighting a severe outbreak of COVID-19.
