Why Copa America isn't getting Brazilians excited

On Saturday, July 10th, Rio de Janeiro’s iconic Maracanã Stadium will open its doors for the final of the Copa America, the world’s oldest football tournament. But, with the pandemic forcing matches to be held without spectators and no tourists in town, the championship has been mostly snubbed by Brazilian fans. 

But tournament officials hope that the final, a historic duel between Brazil and Argentina, will generate some enthusiasm.
