New York ends its to-go cocktails program

Bars and restaurants in New York are no longer able to sell to-go cocktails and it's stirring debate in the city.  The allowance was made to help those establishments survive during the COVID-19 pandemic and soon became popular amongst many New Yorkers. 

Coronavirus restrictions have now been scaled back and capacity limits lifted but many businesses say takeaway drinks should stay.
