Scientists look at more possibilities with mRNA tech

The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines have been integral to the U.S. inoculating roughly 160 million people against COVID-19.

They both use mRNA, which is found in every human cell but has now been harnessed by scientists to fight the coronavirus. The technology could soon help doctors fight other viruses, and maybe even cancer.
