Clark County, in the state of Nevada, has been labeled a “sustained hotspot” by the White House Coronavirus Task Force. 

The tourism-dependent county now requires people to wear masks. 

But as CGTN's Ediz Tiyansan reports, the throngs of tourists inside casinos and nightclubs are not.
