It’s a question we’ve been asking for many, many years now: is there intelligent life elsewhere in the universe?

A recent U.S. government report about so-called unidentified aerial phenomena is pretty inconclusive but some people firmly believe aliens have visited Earth. In fact, some swear they’ve seen their spaceships with their own eyes.
