South America’s Parana river reaches the lowest level

One of the longest rivers in South America is at its lowest level in living memory. 

Prolonged drought in southern Brazil, is what's caused the levels in the Parana River to fall, and the impact is being felt by communities located along its banks. 

CGTN's Joel Richards reports from Rosario, Argentina.
