With the Tokyo Paralympic flames lit, the Games are just a couple of days away. As athletes prepare for their competitions, Japan has extended their COVID-19 state of emergency through the entirety of the Paralympic Games. And like the Olympics a few weeks ago, there won't be any fans in the stands. On Thursday, officials reported the first confirmed COVID-19 case in the Olympic Village.
