Many people will spend 9/11 remembering where they were 20 years ago when terror came to America. 

In a matter of minutes, passenger jets were converted into weapons, and viewers witnessed scenes of carnage on television in real time. 

Novelist James Baldwin once said, ‘People are trapped in history, and history is trapped in them.’  

That one quote sums up the relationship between CGTN’s Mike Walter and September 11th. 

“I feel trapped in that day, and that day is trapped in me,” Mike said.
