Venezuela's colleges struggle to manage school reopening

Return to in-person classes means a great deal for many of Venezuela's university students, but not all of them will return to academic life. 

Just a month away from the first day of in-person classes, Venezuelan universities are struggling to find personnel to bring classrooms, auditoriums, and toilets into working order. 

Both students and teachers are demanding the implementation of  COVID-19 safety protocols before they meet again.
