Venezuelan university students say they need more COVID protocols

Venezuela's public universities will reopen in October after closing in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Last year more than 40 percent of students dropped out mainly due to economic reasons.

Students say that they need safety protocols in place before they return to classes.
