The partial collapse of a residential building in June in South Florida left a community scarred by tragedy and doubt.
Nearly 100 people died, and months afterwards, there is still no clear answer as to what triggered the collapse.
The tragedy has led local officials to demand building inspections in surrounding areas in an effort to avert similar catastrophes.
