New York's health care vaccine mandate could compound existing issues

New York’s largest healthcare provider announced this week that it fired 1,400 members of staff for failing to comply with a Covid-19 vaccine mandate. The state now requires nursing home and hospital staff to be vaccinated with no test out option of getting regularly tested.  But there are concerns the mandate will create staffing shortages across a sector already stretched because of the pandemic. William Denselow reports from New York.
