Texas ban on masks mandates worries parents of schoolchildren

It’s been just two months since schools reopened in Texas, but there are already a record number of COVID-19 cases among students. There have now been more infections this year than all of last year. Some are blaming a statewide ban on mask mandates. And while the numbers show schools that have nevertheless enforced mask mandates have lower infection rates -- not all parents are on board with the plan. Toni Waterman has more from Austin, Texas.
