U.S. and Mexico working to rebuild joint security agreement

The United States and Mexico are rebuilding a 13-year-old joint security agreement. It focuses on confronting violent drug trafficking organizations. Both countries want to prioritize dealing with the causes of drug addiction and violence. CGTN’s Franc Contreras reports from Mexico City.
