COVID-19 in 2020 is one of the scariest times ever. 

But as vaccination rates increase, the National Retail Federation says #Halloween activities are back.  Will it be a Trick Or Treat for costume manufacturers and candy producers this year? 

65% of people in the U.S. intend to celebrate Halloween this year, according to the National Retail Federation.

Here are the top ways the U.S. plans to celebrate Halloween:

- Handing out candy: 66%

- Decorating their home or yard: 52%

- Dressing in costumes: 46%

- Carving a pumpkin: 44%

- Hosting or attending a party: 25%

- Taking kids trick-or-treating: 25%
