Tesla will release third-quarter earnings after the bell on Wednesday.

They are expected to beat forecasts, as the electric carmaker's stock price closes in on a record high.

The earnings report comes just two weeks after Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced the company was relocating from California and moving to Texas.

It is unclear how many people are relocating to Austin, but with the city already one of the hottest property markets in the U.S., some local buyers are beginning to feel priced out of the city they call home.
