Honolulu and Fuzhou become friendship cities

Honolulu, Hawaii and Fuzhou, China are officially friendship cities.

The two cities have exchanged COVID-19 supplies with each other through the pandemic and many hoping relationships like this will help improve China-U.S. bilateral relations.
