Can artificial glaciers help in the climate crisis?

As part of a plan to mitigate the impact of climate change and conserve water, Chileans have set up artificial glaciers on the Andes Mountains. Experts are using technology developed in India that stores water in artificial glaciers as part of a plan called the Nilus Project.

But will it be enough to combat the impact that climate change is having on the country?
