Eight people are dead in a concert rush in the U.S. city of Houston, Texas on Friday night. They range in age from 14-27. Thirteen people are still hospitalized.
Police say they are investigating the cause of the surge during a performance by rapper Travis Scott.
They are also looking into an apparent drugging of a security officer during the concert. The officer felt a pinprick to his neck and went unconscious.
He was revived after he was given Narcan, a drug used in opioid overdoses.
More than 50,000 people were at the concert.
Authorities said they have no crowd limitations for outdoor events, but if they applied indoor limitations to the outdoor event, it could have had a 200,000 capacity.
