Over the weekend, Bolivians in La Paz celebrated the Day of Skulls, bringing out the bones of loved ones and adorning them with flowers, wigs, and sunglasses. 

The colorful tradition, known as “natitas,” is rooted in indigenous beliefs meant to bring good fortune and protection. Take a look.
