Mexico becomes leader of UN Security Council

Starting this month, Mexico assumed the rotating presidency of the United Nations Security Council.

To mark the occasion, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador addressed the 15-member nations on Tuesday with an anti-poverty plan.
