Residents in India's capital Delhi had experienced their worst air-polluted November since 2015, according to official data. The city recorded 11 days of "severe" air pollution and zero days with "good" air quality in November.

Experts blame the crop stubble burning in neighboring states and firecrackers lit during the Diwali festival for the city's record-level pollution.
