Venezuela is rolling out a COVID-19 vaccination program for children as young as two- years-old, but the decision to vaccinate children is still controversial. 

There are questions about the safety of the vaccines the Venezuelan government has authorized, and about the decision to allocate scant doses to children ahead of the most vulnerable people.
