U.S. changes traveling rules in attempt to contain Omicron

New rules for anyone flying into the U.S took effect this Monday as authorities tried to contain the spread of Omicron. 

Authorities say the new COVID-19 variant has spread to at least 15 states, as they try to determine how infectious it is. 

But the stringent rules have led to complaints from South Africa and neighboring countries whose travelers are banned from entering the U.S.
