NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope, the successor to the Hubble, is expected to launch on Christmas Eve, after years of delays and a recent communication issue between the observatory and the launch vehicle.
Its reach will show parts of the universe never seen before. Here are a few things to know about the telescope before it takes off from Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana on December 24.
