Candle factory workers filed a lawsuit following Kentucky tornado

In the U.S. a class-action lawsuit has been filed.

It alleges workers in a Kentucky candle factory were told they would be fired - if they left work amid last week's deadly tornadoes.

85 died in the storm systems - eight of those dead were in that factory.
