Think of Venezuela and maybe you think of beauty pageants. Women from the South American country have won a record number of the world’s major beauty pageants but most of the winners have been white, in a country which has a large Black and mixed-race population. 

So, one competition is trying to change that. CGTN’s Stephen Gibbs reports from Caracas.
