Despite the effects of the second year of the pandemic, the housing market in the U.S. continues to boom, with several records being shattered in 2021.

Thanks to the changes in the quarantines and remote work, homebuyers were looking for new options in the year.  Real-estate brokerage firm Redfin analyzed some of the biggest findings from the year.
