A makeshift migrant camp has sprung up in Dunkerque, near Calias, France.  Migrants, many of them children, have been living in tents.

Two groups of migrants, including at least one child arrived in southeast England on Thursday after being rescued in the English Channel by Britain’s border force and  the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.

The UK has accused the French government of not doing enough to curb the flow of migrants making the dangerous crossing of the English Channel from camps in northern France.
