An underwater volcano erupted in the South Pacific on Saturday sending gas and ash out of the ocean and causing tsunami waves to hit the island of Tongatapu, Tonga. Other islands in the region also saw high water while the United States issued a tsunami warning all along the west coast from Alaska to the border with Mexico.
