U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres extended Lunar New Year wishes to all the people in China and other countries who celebrate via video on Friday.

He also expressed gratitude for the contributions made by the government and people of China to the U.N. In the video, he said he will attend the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics and look forward to safe and successful Games.
