Women in Texas have increasingly been fleeing across state lines to get an abortion, after a Republican-led law banning the medical procedure after 6-weeks came into effect in September.
But as CGTN’s Toni Waterman explains from Amarillo, this is nothing new for women in the Texas Panhandle where access to abortion has been eroding for years.
