U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris said Saturday that Russia will face “significant and unprecedented” financial costs if it decides to invade Ukraine. 

Speaking at the annual Munich Security Conference in Munich Germany on Saturday, Harris vowed “swift, severe and united” response if Russia invades its neighbor.
