The China General Chamber of Commerce USA has kicked off the Lunar New Year with a celebration of business leaders. 

The event is an opportunity to build trading ties between China and the U.S. that have been strained during the pandemic.

CGTN’S Dezhi Xu spoke with American billionaire investor and hedge fund manager, Ray Dalio, who has served as co-chief investment officer of the world’s largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates, since 1985. The interview was conducted Tuesday night ahead of the China General Chamber of Commerce gala.
