The COVID-19 pandemic ​has highlighted health inequalities with Black Americans dying at a rate ​more than one-and-a-half times that of White Americans. 

At the height of the pandemic, CGTN’s Dan Williams had exclusive access to a community hospital in a predominantly Black area of Chicago. 

He returns to see how the hospital is coping now.
