Oil depot burns in Luhansk, Ukraine

An oil depot in Luhansk in eastern Ukraine has exploded and caught on fire, with about 200 tons of diesel burning as of Saturday night.

Luhansk authorities said people were injured, and that the explosion may have been caused by a rocket attack from Ukraine.
