A no-fly zone over Ukraine is not an option being considered by NATO, its Secretary-General Stoltenberg said Friday.
Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy said that decision reflects “self-hypnosis of those who are weak, under-confident inside” and that Western reluctance indicated that “not everyone considers the struggle for freedom to be Europe’s number one goal.”
