A no-fly zone over Ukraine is not an option being considered by NATO, its Secretary-General Stoltenberg said Friday.  

Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy said that decision reflects “self-hypnosis of those who are weak, under-confident inside” and that Western reluctance indicated that “not everyone considers the struggle for freedom to be Europe’s number one goal.” 

Russia’s President Putin said Saturday that Moscow will consider any third-party imposition of a no-fly zone over Ukraine as “participation in the armed conflict.” We took a look at the significance of imposing a no-fly zone.
