The Venezuelan government has established a new tax reform on the use of U.S. dollars and foreign currencies.
Most commercial transactions in the country are conducted in U.S. dollars.
While the government says it's promoting the use of the local currency, economists argue it's an acknowledgment of the power of the U.S. dollar in the country.
