Train stations around Ukraine are busy as more people flee the conflict with Russia.

Medical workers are helping the wounded, as authorities take people to safety.

Over 4.3 million refugees have fled Ukraine so far, according to United Nations refugee agency data.

Ukrainian officials are also urging civilians to flee while they can, after a missile hit a train station last week, Reuters reports. Russia denies the attack.
