Runners from around the world ran in the  first Boston Marathon since the COVID-19 pandemic started in 2020. Runners from Kenya won the majority of the top spots in this year's race. Here are the 2022 Boston Marathon results:

▪ Men’s wheelchair: Daniel Romanchuk, 1:26:58

▪ Women’s wheelchair: Manuela Schär, 1:41:08

▪ Men’s elite: Evans Chebet, 2:06:51

▪ Women’s elite: Peres Jepchirchir, 2:21:01
